We have witnessed the rapidly increasing tyranny of the Leftist Biden regime. We can no longer wait for Congress or a new president to change course, as we have repeatedly been bitterly frustrated as new Congresses have not only disappointed us by their inaction, but have often exacerbated our problems with more taxes and reduced Liberty.
It is time for the state legislatures to reestablish their role in our Federalist system by asserting what the Founders enshrined in the 10th Amendment. We need a coalition of state legislatures to not only defend our Rights and Liberty, but to reestablish Liberty and battle the Biden regimes corruption of the federal government into a Leftist tyranny. This coalition may work with some governors, however, many governors are either complicit in tyranny or are cowards.
Such a coalition must establish a network of state laws and guidelines that will severely restrict and turn back Biden’s deliberate misinterpretation of federal law and the Deep State’s bureaucratic rules and regulations that impose that tyranny. There are many ways our legislatures can fight back, but the more united we are, the more effective we will be.
West Virginia, as the most conservative state in the Union, must help lead this coalition. We are seeing other state legislatures stand up to Leftist tyranny. We must do so as well. We are in a battle for the soul and survival of our country. We must succeed for the sake of our children and grandchildren, and succeeding generations.
