This type of outrageous attack on Free Speech must be confronted. I recommend our Attorney General coordinate with other like-minded Attorneys General to develop criminal investigation actions against Biden’s corrupt Department of ‘Justice’ and the FBI to determine whether they are engaging in a criminal conspiracy to deprive political groups and classes of people, specifically conservatives, from their Constitutional Rights.
If the states do not confront this evil, then the Biden regime will see no hindrance to further attacks on all of our Constitutional Rights. The typical RINO answer is to await the courts. The Democrats have packed the courts with their surrogates, and they will engage in constant delays that will perpetuate these types of anti-Constitutional actions. We are in a struggle for basic Liberty. Hope for some good judge is not a plan we can rely on.
